makes a wonderful dip for bread, crackers or vegetables
Ingredients:
2 cups sour cream
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 bunches green onions
2 med/sm bell peppers (or 8 small sweet peppers)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. tabasco (i actually prefer to double this amount)
Directions:
1. slice the base of the onions thinly
2. chop finely the green stems
3. finely chop the peppers
4. mix all ingredients and serve chilled.
