A cool tossed salad Ingredients:
1 head lettuce |
2 cucumbers |
1 bunch radish |
1 small red onion |
3 stalks celery |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1/4 cup chopped pecans |
1 ounce red wine vinegar |
1/2 ounce olive oil |
2 ounces of good croutons |
Directions:
1. Cut up all vegetables with a non-reactive knife. 2. place in bowl add vinegar and oil and toss. 3. let set in refrigerator overnight to allow flavors to meld together, and serve cool with crouton's. |
