Humus
Ingredients:
8 ounces garbanzo beans
2 tbls tahini
2 ounces lemon juice
Directions:
1. Put beans and juice from beans together in a bowl.
2. Blend Garbanzo beans with a hand mixer or blender if hand mixer is unavailable.The mixture should be smooth.
3. Combine remaining ingrediants and blend well.
4. From this base you can add any of your favorite humus flavors to spice it up. (Fire roasted bell peppers, garlic, pine nuts, etc...)
