Healthy and easy crock pot recipie Ingredients:
2 cups chicken breast |
1 cup chicken thigh |
14 1/2 ounce diced tomatoes |
4 ounce tomato paste |
1/2 cup diced green pepper |
1/2 cup diced onions |
4 ounce canned mushrooms |
Directions:
1. Remove skin and debone chicken 2. Dice pepper 3. Dice onion 4. Rinse mushrooms to remove some of sodium 5. Combine all ingredients in crock pot 6. Add garlic, italian seasoning, basil and paprika to taste 7. Cook on low for 8 hours |
