Perfect for parties, excellent starter for a Mexican meal, great to munch on while cooking other food, hearty and spicy. Ingredients:
2 large, fresh tomatoes, diced small with all juices or 1 (14.5oz.) can diced tomatoes may be substituted (we used canned, so more fresh tomatoes may be needed!!) |
1/2 cup (small chop) onions |
1/2 cup (small chop) green peppers |
1/4 cup (small chop) banana bell pepper rings |
1 tbs. red pepper flake |
1-1/2 tbs. parsley flake |
1 tbs. chives |
1/2 tsp. granulated garlic |
1/2 tsp. onion powder |
1/4 tsp. chili powder |
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper |
1/2 tsp. sugar |
a squirt (1tsp. or so) of yellow mustard |
a couple dashes of worcestershire sauce |
5-6 dashes of tabasco |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, to meld flavors together. |
