This is a favorite from one of our past presidents, hope you like this one. Enjoy ;0) Ingredients:
1 cup of flour |
3/4 cup peanuts, crushed |
1/4 lb. margarine |
3/4 cup peanut butter |
8-oz. cream cheese |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup cool whip |
2 small packages chocolate instant pudding |
3 cups milk |
Directions:
1. First layer: 2. Mix peanuts, flour and margarine and press into a greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cool. 3. Second layer: 4. Mix together peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip until creamy. Spread on completely cooled crust. 5. Third layer: 6. Mix together milk and pudding until thick. Spread on cream cheese 7. layer. When pudding is set, frost with additional Cool Whip and 8. sprinkle with a few chopped peanuts. Refrigerate until ready to 9. serve. |
