This is actually more of a pie than a cake, but it's really, really good and easy to make. Ingredients:

2/3 cup crushed peanuts |
1 cup flour |
1 stick butter |

1/3 cup creamy peanut butter |
8 ounces cream cheese |
1 cup powdered sugar |
1 cup cool whip |
1 package vanilla instant pudding |
1 package chocolate instant pudding |
2-1/2 cups milk |
large container cool-whip |
shave chocolate, garnish |
chopped peanuts, garnish |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix 2/3 cup crush peanuts, 1 cup flour and 1 stick of butter or margarine. 2. Press mixure in a 9x13-inch pan. 3. Bake for 20 minutes at 250°. 4. In a bowl, blend peanut butter and cream cheese. 5. Add powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip°. 6. Mix to blend. 7. Spread this mixture over the baked crust when it has cooled. 8. With a mixer, in a bowl, slowly blend together the vanilla pudding, chocolate pudding and milk. 9. Turn mixer to high and beat 2 minutes. 10. Spread this onto the cream cheese mixture. 11. Finally, spread 1 large container of Cool Whip® on top of the pudding mixture and sprinkle with shaved chocolate and crushed peanuts. 12. Refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving. |
