This recipe has just the right amount of spice, and just the right amount of creamy. Ingredients:
8 ounces extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated |
8 ounces processed cheese food (such as velveeta®), cubed |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (such as tabasco®) |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 (4 ounce) jar pimentos, drained |
1/4 cup chopped pecans |
1 red chile pepper, seeded and chopped |
Directions:
1. Place the Cheddar cheese, processed cheese, mayonnaise, pepper sauce, onion, Worcestershire sauce, pimentos, pecans, and red chile pepper in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Chill overnight for flavors to blend. |
