This sauce accompanies the mincemeat streusel bread pudding. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vanilla custard powder |
2 tablespoons granulated sugar |
2/3 cup 2% evaporated milk |
1/2 cup water |
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan combine the custard powder, sugar, milk and water. 2. Place over medium heat, bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened. 3. Serve warm or cool over mincemeat streusel bread pudding. 4. Enjoy! |
