This is so easy ,quick and delicious as a side dish. Especially good as a Holiday dish or for a Pot-luck dinner. Enjoy!!! Ingredients:
1 15 oz cream corn |
1 15 oz whole kernel corn |
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix |
2 beaten eggs |
2 sticks melted butter |
8 oz sour cream |
Directions:
1. Mix all together in bowl by hand 2. Lightly spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray 3. Bake in pre-heated 425 degree oven for 45 min |
