Jiffy Cheesey Garlic Bread |

Came up with this one of those times when I was in the kitchen 'concocting', as Bryan calls it! Guessipe - never measured! Ingredients:
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix |
1 c self rising flour |
garlic powder |
1 egg |
1/4 - 1/2 c milk |
1 c shredded colby jack cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 2. Grease round cake pan 3. Pour Jiffy mix into large bowl 4. Add about same about SR Flour (about 1 c) 5. Sprinkle with garlic powder 6. Add 1 egg and cheese 7. Add milk, a little at a time, until correct consistency (just a little thicker than cornbread batter) 8. Bake according to package directions, until golden brown |
