Not sure where I found this, but it sounds simple and delicious. Ingredients:
1 medium jicama, peeled and thinly sliced |
salt |
lime juice |
1 -2 tablespoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Arrange jicama slices on a large serving plate; sprinkle lightly with salt. 2. Sprinkle with lime juice and cilantro and serve. |
