This is an awesome salsa. It's hot, but I like hot foods. I absolutely love this and can't get enough of it. Ingredients:
1 jicama |
1 large vidalia onion |
2 small carrots optional |
3 cloves garlic |
1/4 cup white vinegar |
2 fresh jalapenos |
5 dried anchos |
2 dried habaneras |
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Peel the jicama, onion and carrot and dice. 2. Throw everything in the blender and grind to your liking. 3. Let stand or refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let everything meld. |
