Ingredients:
1 cup diced jicama |
1/2 cup chopped tomato |
2 tablespoons chopped green onions |
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon chili powder |
2 cloves garlic, crushed |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients; stir well. Cover; let stand at room temperature 2 hours. Store in refrigerator. Serve with fish. |
