Jicama Salad

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups jicama, pared and cubed (8 oz.)
1 large cucumber, sliced
1 orange, peeled and cubed
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon chili powder
Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine jicama, cucumber and orange.
2. Sprinkle with lemon juice and chili powder; toss.
3. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
4. Just before serving, sprinkle lightly with salt.
