1 medium jícama, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch cubes |
1 cup preshredded green cabbage |
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion |
1/3 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 large limes) |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, tossing well to coat. Serve at room temperature or chilled. |
