This recipe was found on the internet & has been added to my small number of raw food recipes! Jicama is a great finger food, & this recipe really dresses it up! Ingredients:
2 jicama, sliced into thin strips |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 tablespoon paprika |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon chili powder (or less) |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, toss all ingredients until fries are well coated! 2. Set out on a serving tray & enjoy! |
