jicama Salad Ingredients:
4 ounces onion |
9 ounces tomato |
17 1/2 ounces jicama |
4 ounces green pepper |
1 1/2 ounces cilantro |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
2 ounces lime juice |
2 cups |
Directions:
1. Chop all ingredients, except beans, into small cubes and toss with lime juice, salt and pepper. 2. Add black beans and serve chilled. |
