This refreshing fruit salad is great with BBQ's. Ingredients:
2 cups thin slivers jicama |
2 cups cubed honeydew melon |
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves |
1 teaspoon lime zest |
2 teaspoons honey |
Directions:
1. Toss together the jicama, honeydew, lime juice, mint, lime zest, and honey in a bowl; cover. Refrigerate 2 hours. |
