Ingredients:
1 melon, such as cantaloupe or honeydew, halved, seeded, and rind removed |
1 jicama, peeled, halved and sliced into half moons |
1 lime, halved |
kosher salt |
ground chile powder, such as ancho |
Directions:
1. Cut melon into slices about the same size as the jicama slices. 2. Arrange jicama and melon on a platter, squeeze lime over fruit, then dust with salt and chile powder, to taste. Eat! |
