Fresh summer salad, jicama, apple, carrot Ingredients:
5 oz apple |
60 g carrots |
12 oz jicama |
10 g mint |
4 g parsley |
2 t lime juice |
1 t apple cider vinegar |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except jicama. After adjusting for seasonings, add jicama and lightly toss. This will ensure a crunchy jicama texture for immediate service. The jicama will lose its stiffness once tossed. |
