Jewels Corn Pudding

Given to me by a dear friend this recipe is absolutely delicious. I love the flavor the peppers give this cakey style pudding.
Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz) creamed corn
1 can (15 oz) sweet corn, drained
2 eggs, beaten
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
2 cups cracker crumbs (saltines or any cream cracker) -i guess ritz would be good too, but i've never tried it with them.
1 dash milk
1/4-1/2 cup butter
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Mix first 6 ingredients into a casserole consistency.
2. Salt & pepper to taste.
3. Use milk to loosen as much as needed.
4. Pour into baking dish and pat top with butter.
5. Bake in a 350 degree oven uncovered for 1 hour.
