This cake smells so good when it is baking! Enjoy Ingredients:
1 cup butter |
3 cups flour - all purpose |
2 cups sugar |
4 eggs |
1 pint sour cream |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
* streusel filling mixture |

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
2. Cream butter and sugar thoroughly
3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition
4. Sift dry ingredients together
5. Add half of flour and beat well
6. Add half of sour cream & beat well
7. Repeat
8. Pour into large tube pan making 3 layers of batter alternating batter with cinnamon mixture (Streusel Mixture)
9. Mix:
10. 1 cup brown sugar
11. 2 tablespoons cinnamon (or less if desired)
12. 1 cup chopped nuts
