Jetts Cheesy Chunky Potatoes Side Dish |

We used to eat these alot before we had to change our eating habits. They are good with meatloaf and some peas. Ingredients:
4 or 5 baking potatoes |
4 slices velveeta cheese |
1/2 vidalia onion, chopped |
pepper |
butter or margarine |
microwave safe casserole dish |
Directions:
1. Wash & peel potatoes. 2. Cut potatoes into cubes. 3. Pour potatoes into casserole dish 4. Add chopped onions to the potatoes. Mix it up together 5. Top with butter or margarine 6. Sprinkle with pepper 7. Cover the dish and place in microwave oven 8. After the first 10 minutes, Stir well so all potatoes will cook better. 9. Cook longer until potatoes are tender. 10. Once the potatoes are done, cut up the cheese and place on top of the potatoes with the lid on. 11. Let this sit covered so the cheese melts over the potatoes/onions 12. You might need to heat up more to make sure all the potatoes are done. 13.
