My step-fathers version of a taco salad, basically take your taco and fry it all up. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
3 cups chopped lettuce |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
12 small corn tortillas |
Directions:
1. Cut the tortillas into 3/4 squares and fry until slightly crispy. 2. Brown the ground beef. 3. Add the lettuce, onion and tortillas to the beef and cook until your desired temperature. 4. Serve! 5. Tastes great when garnished with sour cream and guacamole. |
