Jessica's Pea & Kidney Bean Salad |

The base recipe came from an old boyfriend's mom. I added veggies and spices to give it the umph it needed. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans |
1 (15 ounce) can sweet peas |
3/4 cup red pepper, diced |
1/2 cup carrot, diced |
1/3 cup onion, diced |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
2 teaspoons dill weed |
1/2 teaspoon sea salt |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Drain kidney beans & sweet peas in colander and rinse well under cold water. 2. Put in a large mixing bowl and add the remaining ingredients. 3. Chill 1 hour before serving. |
