Yummy Snack Bars! Watch for Cherry pits when grinding!
Ingredients:
2 cups dates
2 cups dried cherries
2 cups roasted and salted cashews
1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
Directions:
1. Grind Cherries, Dates and Cashews in a meat grinder.
2. Add in Peanut Butter and Honey.
3. Press into a baking sheet.
4. Cut Bars to desired size.
5. Wrap in wax paper or put into snack size plastic baggies.
