1 cup(s) fresh tomatoes diced |
3/4 cup(s) fresh parsley chopped |

Directions:
1. Mix chopped cucumber, diced tomatoes, and parsley in a large bowl. Mix tahini, yogurt, salt, and garlic in a small bowl. Pour tahini mix over the cucumber, tomatoes, and parsley and toss. |
