low cal but flavorful, a great addition to a mediterranean style salad
Ingredients:
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons capers
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons minced onions
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients except oil in cuisinart or blender.
2. pulse until everything is pureed evenly.
3. with processor running drizzle oil in a steady thin stream until all is added. If oil begins to pool, slow down stream.
