I made this recipe 31 yrs ago, newly wed, broke, and it wound up being fantastic and a family favortie, with everyone. I make this with my chicken lasagne, or other italian food. Ingredients:

Directions:
1. using a decent size mixing bowel, combine first five ingredients. 2. grate entire pkge cheese 3. stir only well rnough that all is wet. 4. add can of chilies 5. then add 1/2 of the grated cheese. leave remaining cheese for top 6. after all is folded in, pour into prepared casserole dish, if dark 7. add 10 exra mins of baking. 8. put into oven and back for 35 mins. or until golden brown, or until center cracks 9. and pulls away from sides, 10. remove, put remaining cheese on top, and put back into 11. oven until cheasse is melted.
