Surprisingly sweet smoothie. I drink 1 1/2 cups after a workout for a lowcal recovery snack. Ingredients:
1/2 cup skim milk |
1 banana |
1 orange |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 tablespoon soy protein isolate |
8 -10 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Peel the fruit and drop into the blender pitcher. 2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. 3. Add more ice if you like it frosty! |
