We enjoyed this (almost too easy to post) recipe. We used tilapia but I think other white fish would work equally well just adjusting the cooking time per thickness of fish. Recipe source: local newspaper. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon jerk seasoning |
3/4 lb tilapia fillet |
2 teaspoons canola oil |
Directions:
1. Rub fish fillets with jerk seasoning on both sides. 2. Heat oil in skillet (I used a grill pan) over medium high heat and then add fish. 3. Saute for 3 minutes and turn and cook for another 2-5 minutes or until fish is done. |
