4 pork loin chops |
1/2 cup chopped sweet onion |
1/2 cup chopped green onions |
1/2 habanero pepper, seeded |
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice |
1 teaspoon dried thyme |
3/4 teaspoon ground allspice |
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine onion, green onions, pepper. lime juice, thyme, allspice, nutmeg, and salt in a blender or food processor; cover and blend until mixture forms a moist paste. 2. Coat pork on all sides with paste; cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. 3. Prepare coals or preheat broiler. Place pork on grill and cook until no longer pink, turning once. |
