This recipe goes with Jerked Ribs Ingredients:
2 bunches green onions, chopped |
1 scotch bonnet or habanero chile pepper, seeded and chopped |
1 tablespoon salt |
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
2 tablespoons jerk seasoning blend |
1/3 cup red wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients. 2. *6 jalapeno peppers, chopped but not seeded, may be substituted for 1 Scotch bonnet 3. ** For testing purposes, we used Johnny's Jamaica Me Crazy Jerk Seasoning. |
