Spicy but not too spicy and very tasty! A little bit of sunshine to light up an otherwise dreary meal. Serve with rice and peas. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 tablespoon orange juice |
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
3 green onions, minced |
1 teaspoon allspice |
1 teaspoon dried thyme |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger |
1 pinch cayenne pepper |
4 pork loin chops |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, orange juice, olive oil, garlic, green onions, allspice, thyme, salt, pepper, ginger and cayenne; rub on both side of the pork chops. 2. Place chops on a greased broiler pan and broil 4 inches from the heat, 8 minutes per side or until done to personal taste. |
