Found on another web site. I needed a recipe to go with my Jerk Chicken for an ethnic dinner I was hosting. I like trying new recipes and as it turned out everybody ended up enjoying this dish so decided to share with other Zaar members. Ingredients:
1 quart cabbage, shredded |
1/4 cup carrot, shredded |
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons granulated sugar |
1 tablespoon cider vinegar |
1 tablespoon jerk seasoning (see #91493 from chia) |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots & green peppers. Set aside. 2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar & Jerk seasoning. 3. Pour over cabbage mixture & toss well. |
