Black beans and rice
Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans
1 large onion
6 garlic cloves
1/2 cup vinegar
1 (28 ounce) can fire-roasted tomatoes
red pepper flakes
1 cup brown rice
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
1. Chop the onions and garlic
2. sautee in olive oil.
3. put beans and tomatoes and vinegar in pan and simmer for 30 minutes.
