From a Weight Watchers message board. I usually substitute green onion for chives because I don't always have the green onion on hand. 1 serving = 3 tablespoons Ingredients:
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar |
1/4 cup minced green onion |
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley or 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes |
1 tablespoon minced fresh tarragon or 1 teaspoon dried tarragon |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon water |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and stir well. |
