Jenny's Peanut Butter Brownies

A favorite from the Moreland house from the family collection.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
1 cup peanut butter
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 pinch salt
1 lb powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup butter
3 teaspoons cocoa
3 tablespoons peanut butter
3 tablespoons milk (approximate- add milk until right consistency)
Directions:
1. Cream together first three ingredients. Blend in light corn syrup and pinch of salt. Stir in eggs and 1 tsp of vanilla. Add flour and mix well. Pour into ungreased 9X13 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
2. While brownies are cooking, prepare frosting. Mix together powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/3 stick butter, 3 tsp cocoa, and 3 TBSP peanut butter. Add milk, a TBSP at a time, until creamy. Brownies may be frosted warm.
