Jenny's Muesli

Based on Jenny's muesli. I have double oats and halved oil. Optional extras: 1 cup rye flakes or barley flakes 1 cup almonds other chopped dried fruit
Ingredients:
1 1/2 kg rolled oats
200 g sunflower seeds
500 g almonds
2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
200 g honey
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
1 cup sultana
1 cup dried apricot (chopped)
Directions:
1. Melt honey and oil in saucepan, pour over remaining ingredients.
2. Bake in oven at 150 C for 30 minutes, turning every 5-7 minutes.
3. Cool.
4. Add dried fruit.
5. Store in air-tight jars.
