Fat free, low calorie banana bread Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour |
1/4 cup applesauce |
2 bananas |
2 egg whites |
1/4 cup sugar |
2 tbs milk |
1 1/4 tsp baking powder |
1/2 tsp baking soda |
1 tbs cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients. 2. Add in remaining ingredients. Mix. 3. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes |
