Jennifer Talbotts Breakfast Casserole

A friend from work makes this breakfast casserole for every carry-in. There's never any left!
Ingredients:
1 pound sausage (i use jimmy dean’s sage sausage)
1 count crescent rolls
6 eggs
2/3 cup milk
8 oz. shredded colby cheese
Directions:
1. Brown sausage. Mix eggs and milk. Layer bottom of baking dish with crescent rolls. Pour egg mixture over crescent rolls and add sausage and cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 375-400 degrees.
2. Optional: Add fried hash browns to the eggs, sausage and cheese, and/or Durkees onion rings on top.
