This is a recipe that I made years and years ago at a mother-daughter activity and is just your basic, simple enchilada recipe. I think I like it because it is just sooo easy and super fast to make! Ingredients:
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1 cup sour cream |
3 cups cubed chicken |
2 cups grated cheese |
1 small can green chili |
flour tortilla |
14 ounces enchilada sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix soup & sour cream. Add chicken, grated cheese & chilies. Mix. 2. Divide mix between tortillas, roll up. 3. Put on baking sheet. 4. Pour over sauce. 5. Bake 30 min on 350 degrees. |
