1 cup butter |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 egg |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 cup cake flour |
1 cup jam |
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients except for jam. 2. Make rounded tbsp on a baking sheet then top off with jam. 3. Bake at 250 degrees for 15 minutes. 4. Let cool. |
