This recipe is from my uncle Jimmy. You can use any flavor / color jello for different holidays, etc. Times are a guess. Ingredients:
1 cup light corn syrup |
1/2 cup granulated sugar |
1 (3 ounce) package jello gelatin |
9 cups popped corn, unbuttered and unsalted |
Directions:
1. Heat corn syrup and sugar to boiling. 2. Add Jello and stir until dissolved. 3. Pour over popped corn. 4. With buttered hands, mix and form into balls. 5. Cool on waxed paper. |
