Jellied Grapefruit With Pecans

Ingredients:
2 grapefruits
1 (3 ounce) package lemon jell-o gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 cup grapefruit juice
8 tablespoons chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Dice segments of grapefruits and drain.
2. Dissolve jello in boiling water.
3. Add grapefruit juice.
4. Cool but not firm.
5. Add grapefruit and pecans.
6. Place in individual molds.
7. Harden, turn out on lettuce hearts and garnish with cream or mayonnaise dressing.
