This is a cool treat on a hot day!! So tasty and so easy to make - Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups oreo cookie crumbs |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1 1/2 cups cold milk |
1 (113 g) package jell-o chocolate instant pudding |
2 cups cool whip, thawed |
1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips |
1/2 cup miniature marshmallow |
1/2 cup nuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix baking crumbs and butter in a 9-inch pie plate until well blended; press firmly onto bottom and up sides of pie plate. 2. Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mix; beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Let stand 3-5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Gently stir in whipped topping, chocolate chips, marshmallows, and nuts. Spoon into crust. 3. Freeze pie 6 hours or overnight until firm. Remove from freezer; let staand at room temperature about 10 minutes to soften before serving. Store leftover pie in freezer. |
