I LOVE JELL-O MOLDS. Change up the flavors & fruits! Prep time does not include final chilling time, chill longer if the cool whip/jell-o is not setting firmly after 5 minutes. Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) package sugar-free orange gelatin |
1 cup boiling water |
1 cup cold water |
1 cup peach, drained if using canned |
1 1/2 cups cool whip free |
Directions:
1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. 2. Add cold water and chill until slightly thickened, about 1 1/2 hours. 3. Measure 1/3 cup and pour into any 5+ cup mold/bundt pan, sprayed with cooking spray, and chill for 5 minutes. 4. Measure 3/4 c of gelatin and blend into 1 1/2 C of whipped topping. Spoon over bottom layer and chill for about 5 minutes. 5. Add peaches to remaining gelatin, and carefully spoon into container. 6. Chill 4 hours or overnight. |
