Great on top of cupcakes! Also good on jell-O cakes and just standard vanilla cakes. (Best if refridgerated). Guessing the yeilding amount. Ingredients:
1/2 lb butter |
2 cups powdered sugar (10x) |
1 (3 ounce) package jello gelatin, color to complement cake |
1/2 cup boiling water |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar. 2. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; cool to room temperature. Slowly mix cooled jell-O into butter/sugarmisture, until desired color is obtained. (Entire package may not be needed.). 3. Put on whatever kind of cake you want! |
