Another fantastically easy recipe from Kraft - I collected recipes for years and now I'm sharing all of them with you - this is one of my favorites, simple, quick and very tasty!! Ingredients:
2 (10 1/8 g) packages strawberry gelatin |
1 1/2 cups boiling water |
1 cup cold water |
2 cups cool whip topping, thawed |
1 (398 ml) can fruit cocktail, drained (in fruit juice or light syrup) |
Directions:
1. Dissolve jelly powder in boiling water. Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 2 cups. Add to jelly and stir until slightly thickened; removeany unmelted ice. Measure 1 cup jelly and fold into whipped topping; pour into an 8-inch pan. 2. Arrange fruit on creamy layer. Spoon remaining jelly over fruit. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Cut into 9 squares. |
